Hello! This is Andrew Roundy, aspiring storyboard artist. Thanks for wandering into my little corner of the internet.
As of summer 2020, I have been accepted into BYU’s prestigious animation program! I’ve never been more excited for classes to start this fall–I just love getting the hang of this stuff. You can check out a portfolio of my best work here.
ABOUT THE DUSTLANDER COMIC
I made my first comic when I was a freshman in high school, mostly out of spite. That didn’t last long. As the years passed I worked on my art and the site more for my own sake than for anyone else.
Let’s be honest here: the comics aren’t actually that funny or clever. But by gosh, I needed to draw them. If you go back and read the blog posts you might be able to tell that I was quite a troubled kid. Sometimes my art was the only thing I felt I had control over. So yeah, if you’re stupid enough to take advice from a college student, there’s this: make what you want. For yourself first, and others second.
I never made Comic #13 after my family moved to Utah, a fact that will undoubtedly haunt me for the rest of my days. The Dustlander comic has been retired and largely hidden from the site so I can show off my current work. If you’d like to take a look, though, go ahead and click here.
CONTACT
Commissions are open, but I seldom get them! Look, if you want me to draw something for you, I’m game (unless it’s smut). Just message me on social media or email me at andrewproundy@outlook.com and we’ll have a nice chat. In fact, if you need anything at all, just let me know.
Cool comics, the story lines need some work though. Overall though this cool.

Thanks! Expect a few more characters and jokes in the next few comics. After that, I’ll be able to flesh out the characters and incorporate a few story arcs.

Good work! May I call you “Dusty”? Keep going with it – your grandpa (on your mother’s side).
